A solid marketing plan on which you can build the best strategy possible for every listing is essential.  Below is a recent marketing plan I have used to sell the home pictured on the right.  It sold in 7 days with multiple offers - so we know planning works! If a home is multi-million dollar residence, I add in several international publications and website feeds, as I has found that a great many of our buyers are coming from overseas, and we are leading the world in marketing to these buyers.  

Within first week of listing

** Professional Photography taken: Interior, Exterior, high and contrasted
** Light staging executed (if necessary)
** Full color 2 sided brochure ordered. Email blast executed
** Full media exposure through Sotheby’s International Realty website and portals
** Individual website ordered and designed – for push out to all internet media 
** MLS posted – Social Media and Internet sites updated and enhanced
** UT Open House Directory
** UT Coastal Homes Insert on Sotheby’s Page
** Open House all- Realtor caravan, including 3 Realtor Pitch Sessions

Within first 3 weeks of listing
