If a home is multi-million dollar residence, I add in several international publications and website feeds, as I has found that a great many of our buyers are coming from overseas, and we are leading the world in marketing to these buyers.

** Full color 2 sided brochure ordered. Email blast executed
** Full media exposure through Sotheby’s International Realty website and portals
** Individual website ordered and designed – for push out to all internet media
